We Are What We Do

We Are What We Do is a global movement that believes that it's our simple, everyday behaviour that makes the world the way it is. By making small changes to the things we all do everyday, we have the power to make things different. To make things better.

We've got 131 (and counting) simple things that anyone can do. We call them Actions. Things like turning off the tap when you're brushing your teeth, using a mug not a plastic cup or teaching your Granny to text.

All of the actions do a little chunk of good when one person does them. Some make someone's day, others make your home a bit greener, others make life better for chickens. When it gets really interesting though, is when millions of actions are done by millions of people. All the little chunks add up to some big changes in the world.

We've created three best selling books full of this stuff, called Change the World for a Fiver, Change the World 9-5 and Teach Your Granny to Text & Other Ways to Change the World. We also make things like the I'm NOT a Plastic Bag shopper, we designed with Anya Hindmarch. And we do work with everyone we can, from suited and booted corporate lawyers, to paint-covered seven-year olds, to Ugandan school teachers.
